These Terms and Conditions of Use govern the use of the pinocchiofood.com website and associated services. By accessing the site or using our forms, you acknowledge having read these terms and accept them without reservation. Pinocchio Food reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Booking requests submitted via the online form or WhatsApp constitute requests, not confirmations. A booking becomes effective only after explicit confirmation by our team (phone, WhatsApp or email).
Grace period: 15 minutes after the booked time. Beyond, the table may be reassigned.
Cancellations are free up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. For groups of more than 10 people, 24 hours notice is required. Beyond, fees may apply (equivalent to 50 % of the reserved menu).
Takeaway orders are ready in 20 to 30 minutes. Cicletta delivery is provided 24 hours a day by our fleet of scooters in served areas (Gombe, Lingwala, Limete, Kintambo and beyond on request). Indicative times are 20 to 35 minutes depending on traffic.
Payments are made on order (Mobile Money, card) or on delivery (cash, Mobile Money).
All quotes are valid for 30 days. A 30 % deposit is required upon confirmation for room privatization and events with more than 50 guests. The balance is due at the end of the service.
For cancellations less than 7 days before the event, the deposit is retained.
Pinocchio Food is a family-friendly and convivial place. We reserve the right to refuse or interrupt service to anyone who disrespects our staff, our customers or our establishment. Appropriate attire is required.
The Pinocchio loyalty programme will be available soon. Specific conditions (point acquisition, validity, conversion into benefits) will be published as an addendum to these terms at launch.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the law of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Kinshasa will have sole jurisdiction.
