• Browsing data: none. We use neither tracking cookies nor behavioral analytics tools.

4. Purposes

Collected data is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your requests (bookings, quotes, contacts).
• Fulfill your orders and ensure Cicletta delivery.
• Inform you about news or events (only if you've consented).
• Manage your loyalty programme (only if enrolled).
• Comply with our legal obligations (accounting, fraud prevention).

Processing relies, depending on the case, on your consent (newsletter, loyalty), contract performance (booking, order) or our legal obligations (accounting).

Your data is never shared or sold to third parties. It is accessible only to authorized Pinocchio Food staff (dining room, delivery, accounting). Our technical providers (hosting, Mobile Money operator, email service) act as data processors under GDPR-aligned contracts.

• Bookings: 12 months from your last visit.
• Quote requests: 24 months for commercial follow-up.
• Customer account: as long as the account is active, then 36 months after the last order, then anonymization.
• Invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
• Newsletter: until unsubscription, immediate via the dedicated link in every email.

In accordance with international data protection principles (inspired by European GDPR), you have the following rights:
